We don’t believe in electric ovens or microwaves. To get the signature texture of real Garlic Naan or the smoky char on our Tandoori Wings, you need intense heat. Our kitchen centers around a traditional Charcoal Tandoor (Clay Oven) fired to 500°F. Our chefs hand-slap every Naan against the clay walls and roast our marinated meats over open heat. It takes more effort, but you can taste the difference in every bite.
Great food starts with trust. We use strictly 100% Zabiha Halal meats, hand-slaughtered and sourced from trusted suppliers. You won’t find fillers or heavy creams masking our flavors. We cook in small batches throughout the day to ensure your order is always fresh, never sitting under a heat lamp.
